What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and other regional payment options (varies by country).

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Contact us immediately at email with your order number. Once processed, changes cannot be made.

When will the Pre-Order items be shipped out?

The estimated fulfillment date is listed on the product page, please only place your pre-order if you are OK with the waiting time. Your order confirmation email will also have the fulfillment date.

How can I track my order?

1): Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

2): Log into your account on iShowGhost.com and go to"My Orders". You’ll see real-time updates, including payment confirmation, shipping status, and tracking links.

 How do I use a discount code?

Enter the code at checkout in the "Promo Code" box. If it doesn’t work, check:

  • Expiry date.
  • Minimum spend requirements.
  • Product exclusions (e.g., pre-orders).

 Do you save my payment information?

For security, we never store full payment details. Saved cards (via PayPal or Shopify Pay) are encrypted and managed by trusted payment gateways.

Why was my order declined?

Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient funds or card declines.
  • Billing/shipping address mismatch.
  • High-risk fraud triggers (contact your bank).
  • Item availability changes (we’ll notify you if restocked).

When will [out of stock item] be back in stock?

The restock time will be listed on the product page. If you cannot find such info, please contact our customer support.

Do you offer pre-orders for new releases?

Yes! Pre-orders are available for select items. Expected release dates are listed on the product page. Payment is charged when the order ships.

What’s your return policy for opened items?

Opened items arenon-refundableunless defective (see Q6). Unopened products can be returned within14 daysfor store credit.

Can I request a specific anime merchandise item?

Absolutely! Email with the title/character. If enough demand exists, we’ll try to stock it.

Why is my item different from the promo images?

Minor variations in color or design may occur due to:

  • Manufacturer updates (e.g., facial shading on figures).
  • Lighting/photography differences.
  • Regional packaging (Japanese vs. international releases).

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement or refund (excluding shipping costs).

Shipping

When my order will be shipped?

We will process the order within 1-3 business days after payment.

How long does it take to get my order?

The delivery time depends on different shipping methods. Express shipping: Within-3-10 business days. Standard shipping: Within 7-20 business days after shipment. Deliveryd can take longer during peak periods or if your parcel is being checked by customs. It may be delayed for 5 business days for any special situations. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

Delays may occur due to:

  • Pre-order items awaiting release.
  • High order volumes (e.g., holiday sales).
  • Customs documentation checks.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! Choose"Priority Shipping"at checkout for 2–5 day delivery (extra cost). Not available for pre-orders.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I didn’t get it. What now?

First, check with neighbors/carriers. If missing, email us within 3 days with your order number. We’ll investigate with the courier.

Will I pay customs fees?

Possibly. Fees depend on your country’s import laws. We can’t mark packages as "gifts" to avoid fees

What shipping carriers do you use?

Depending on your location:

  • US/Canada: USPS, FedEx, DHL.
  • Europe: DHL, Royal Mail.
  • Asia: EMS, Yamato Transport.

How can I change the shipping address?

There is a very limited time in which you can change the shipping address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, please contact our customer service team with the order number to change the shipping address. We're sorry that the shipping address can't be changed if the order is shipped.

Do you wholesale for resellers?

Yes! Contact with your business license and tax ID for bulk pricing.
